My name is Serena and I’m originally from Val Formazza, in the northern part of Piedmont, Italy. Currently I live in a small village near Lake Como.
As a child, I would spend hours drawing, trying to recreate my favorite Walt Disney characters. From that moment on, I never stopped drawing, painting, and experimenting with a wide range of materials. I often go outdoors to find inspiration. I love immersing myself in nature, visiting cities and new places, and capturing visual notes in my sketchbook. My studies in restoration at the University of Urbino Carlo Bo allowed me to observe artworks from a privileged perspective, closely examining an artist’s brushstrokes and the traces left by the inexorable passage of time.
